Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Scope
These terms govern your use of this website (neupilot.com). They don't cover the actual delivery of an AI Takeoff Sprint or any other engagement with neupilot — that work is governed by a separate signed agreement between neupilot and the client.
Use of this site
This site describes neupilot's services and lets you get in touch. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose — not to submit false information through the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or use any content on it in a way that infringes our rights or anyone else's.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, and case study content on this site belong to neupilot and may not be copied or reused without permission. This does not affect the separate commitment we make to clients that the code, prompts, and documentation built during an actual engagement belong to them — that applies to delivered work, not to this website's own content.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided “as is.” Case study results describe a specific past engagement and are not a guarantee of results for any other business.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neupilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
[Placeholder — governing law and jurisdiction to be set by neupilot / counsel before this page is treated as final.]
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
